Cut the potatoes in half or quarters or leave whole depending on the size of the potato. Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly and cool slightly.
Combine the remaining ingredients. Add the mixture to the warm potatoes and toss to coat. Serve.
Notes
May also be served cold.
3 tbsp of fresh dill may also be used in place of dried.
