Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine beef, pork, and veal.
Combine seasoning mix ingredients.
Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet. Add onions, celery, green bell pepper, green onions, and garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add tabasco, worchester sauce, and seasoning mix and sauté for about 6 more minutes.
Stir in milk and catsup and cook 2 minutes.
Cool slightly and remove bay leaves.
Add the sauce mixture, eggs and bread crumbs to the meat mixture and mix. Shape into 1 large loaf or 2 smaller loaves (2 loaves makes more end pieces for those who like those).
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil (use Reynolds nonstick foil or spray foil with cooking spray) and place free form loaves on sheet.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until brown. Optionally, spread a layer of ketchup or tomato sauce on top, layer with sliced cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
Transfer to a plate and let rest about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
