Put the beef in a large bowl. Add the eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onions, and salt, and mix well. Shape into meatballs and place on a broil pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels.
In a large pot combine the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and brown sugar. Heat until the cranberry sauce melts. Add the meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat.
