Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 3 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 15- oz can jellied cranberry sauce
- ¾ cup chili sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Put the beef in a large bowl. Add the eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onions, and salt, and mix well. Shape into meatballs and place on a broil pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels.
- In a large pot combine the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and brown sugar. Heat until the cranberry sauce melts. Add the meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat.
