Pesto Bread Dipping Oil

Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh basil
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 small garlic clove chopped
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 2 kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- bread and additional olive oil for serving
Instructions
- In a mini food processor, combine the basil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt, and olives. Process until the ingredients form a paste. Add the olive oil and blend.
- To serve, place a dime sized portion of pesto paste on a small saucer. Pour olive oil over the paste and mix. Serve with bread.
