Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs peeled
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • paprika

Instructions

  • Half the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl. Mash the yolks, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Fill 12 of the egg whites generously. Use the remaining 4 egg whites in a different recipe. Chill.
  • Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
