Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 8 hard boiled eggs peeled
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- paprika
Instructions
- Half the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl. Mash the yolks, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fill 12 of the egg whites generously. Use the remaining 4 egg whites in a different recipe. Chill.
- Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
