Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh raw broccoli cut into flowerets
  • ¼ cup onions chopped fine
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ lb bacon fried and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine broccoli, onions, cheese, and bacon.
  • In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar and stir until smooth.
  • Pour mayonnaise mixture into the broccoli and stir through.

Notes

To make vegetarian, omit bacon.
