Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh raw broccoli cut into flowerets
- ¼ cup onions chopped fine
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- ½ lb bacon fried and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, onions, cheese, and bacon.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar and stir until smooth.
- Pour mayonnaise mixture into the broccoli and stir through.
Notes
To make vegetarian, omit bacon.
